Data protection (FADP)
In accordance with the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP, in force since 1 September 2023), you have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your personal data. Data collected includes: (1) contact form data (name, email, company, phone, message), used exclusively to respond to your request; (2) Website Express order data (name, email, phone, company), stored in our secure Firebase database for order management. Data retention period
Contact form data is retained for a maximum of 12 months. Website Express order data is retained for 36 months for accounting and contractual purposes, then permanently deleted. You may request early deletion at any time by contacting: teolevytolosa@gmail.com
Data processors & international transfers
This site uses the following data processors: (1) FormSubmit.co — contact form transmission (servers in the USA); (2) Netlify, Inc. — site hosting (USA, DPA in place); (3) Google Firebase / Firestore — Website Express order database (Google Ireland Limited, Dublin); (4) Stripe, Inc. — secure payment processing (no card data is stored by Tolosa Designs); (5) Google Analytics (GA4) — anonymised audience measurement (only with your consent). All transfers comply with the FADP and applicable contractual safeguards.

This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to measure its audience. This service only places analytical cookies if you have given your explicit consent via the banner shown on your first visit. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing your browser's local data (key: td_analytics_consent). Beyond this, only strictly necessary technical cookies are used, for which no prior consent is required.
